MISSION STATEMENT

1. We are ARMINAIAN in THEOLOGY and PENTECOSTAL in SCOPE.
2. On the tripod of preaching, praying and praising God we do stand.
3. The preaching of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ all over the world is our utmost priority as well as our primary focus.
4. The establishment of churches whenever converts gather so that they can be taught the Holy Scriptures.
5. In furtherance of the above declarations, we stress the following:
   1. That every member should as a matter of practical necessity, pray daily for purity of spirit, soul and body (Matthew 5 vs 8; 1Thess 5 vs 23)
   2. That every one of us should on daily basis strive to have a clear conscience towards God and man (Acts 24:16; 1Tim 1 vs5-7). In this regard, therefore, every member should be ready at any moment to humbly, where necessary, restitute, apologize or make amends just to have a clear conscience for the coming of the Lord. It may be a matter of seconds away and without warning too.

• Therefore, it is pertinent that serious efforts should be made to be at peace with everybody and to practice holiness. Without these two inseparable and indispensable virtues, no man can see the Lord (Matthew 5:6-7; Romans 12:18).

TENET OF FAITH

We are truly and wholly Pentecostal Christians. Thus, we strongly believe, advocate and disseminate the “foursquare” emphasis of Pentecostal Preaching that:

1. Christ is the Saviour
2. Christ is the Baptizer in the Holy Spirit
3. Christ is the Healer
4. Christ is the soon-coming King

We strongly emphasise the teaching that miracles, signs and wonders which were performed  by our Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ and the apostles, still take place today. (Acts. 2:14-21, 3:1-12, 16:16-20, 4:23-33, 5:12-16:6-8, Rom. 15:19, Mark 6:56; 15: 17-18).

We are uncompromising when spiritual or heavenly thimgs are at stake. It is true that salvation is free; the cost of discipleship is vey high (Mark 7:13-14; Lk 13:24, 32-33; Acts 4:19-20, Acts 5:29).

Therefore our own brand of Christianity is called “BARBED WIRE CHRISTIANITY”(Rom. 12:1-2, 2Cor. 6:14-18; Rev. 18:4, Zech. 2:6-8, Isa. 52:11) and “BLOOD AND FIRE RELIGION”. The blood of Jesus is for our purchase and cleansing while the fire of the Holy Spirit endows us with power. We live in the atmosphere of Prayer, Praises and Preaching the Gospel (3Ps). We are OVERCOMERS both by NAME, DEED and RIGHTEOUSNESS.

PROCEDURE OF WORSHIP

We believe in freedom to worship God in spirit and truth (John 4:24). Therefore, books and written prayers and sermons will not be read during our worship service. Prayers should be led by the Holy Spirit and should be original. There is spiritual freedom during worship. Members present their personal requests to God by worshipping Him through lifting up of hands and voices; loudly glorifying Him who died and rose again for our salvation (1Cor 15:3-5).
